Windowsill came to life in the middle of a picnic in a park in Berlin. Stefano and Luciana are husband and wife that accumulate over 15 years of experience in software engineering and interior design. Having worked many times within the traditional interior design market, it was clear that the industry could use some innovation.
Interior design is seen as expensive and out of reach of ordinary people, and having started over an empty apartment ourselves recently we see that it's pretty common sight to see people "lost" in IKEA trying to figure out what they need to buy.
We want interior design to be accessible by everyone and be seen as a time saver, we want people's homes to be beautiful and functional because this is very important.
